The Restaurant

   

The restaurant offers a cooking, personally run by the owners, with meat or fish specialities, personal recipes, but in the respect of the Tuscany  tradition.

First Dishes

Tagliatelle in Bellavista:

The house speciality,with mussels,clams,scampi and green peas.

Penne agli Scampi:

A sauce of scampi with white wine.

Tortelli Neri:

Black noodels, fisch filled.

Tortelli al Ragù:

Cheese filled ravioli with meat sauce, the typical sunday dish of our grandparents.

 

Second Dishes and Vegetables

Tagliata alla Bellavista:

a beefsteak, cutted and roasted with sage, rosemary and bay, very flavoured.

Vegetables:

simple but ideal with main courses, the side dishes as grilled vegetables or roasted potatoes

Pesce al Cartoccio:

Sea-bass or gilt-head with mussels and scampi in paper casing.

 

Dessert

The famous tiramisù and pannacotta, but also the "sfogliatina" cream-filled, or the ice-cream wtih redberries sauce, or hot choccolate. And at least we offer the "cantuccini and vinsanto", little biscuits with the 3 years old dessert wine of Tuscany.
